WHAT DO I GET IN THE SOUL ACTIVE PROGRAM?
Strength & Fitness
Improve yourself with better posture and enhanced balance for a more confident, healthier you. Strengthen your body, burn calories, shed pounds, increase speed, boost flexibility, and achieve optimal physical fitness. Our program caters to all fitness levels, delivering effective workouts in just 18-25 minutes a day, four days a week. Day 1 focuses on full body strength training, while days 2 and 3 target half the muscle groups. Day 4 offers high-intensity interval training for the entire body. Additionally, there are stretch and ab videos recommended at least once a week. We encourage you to incorporate one extra cardio exercise, such as jogging or playing a sport, into your weekly routine.
The program spans a year, with each month offering a new and customized program to keep you motivated. Members will have access to a library of cardio, abs, meditation and stretching videos.
Every week, you'll notice improvements in your strength, balance, endurance, flexibility, mobility, posture, agility, and more essential aspects of your health to age gracefully.
A Boost In Your Mood
In addition to boosting your mood, Soul Active will also provide you with a supportive community of members. We have a private Facebook group where you can connect with other members, share your accomplishments, and even find workout buddies when you're traveling. For example, if you're in Monsey, New York or Raanana, Israel after Shabbat, you can ask if someone wants to join you for a game of basketball.
As a member, you'll also receive exclusive benefits:

- Premium members will have access to WhatsApp accountability groups tailored to their goals and ages.
- You'll also have the opportunity to join WhatsApp cardio groups in your own city, allowing you to connect with fellow members for workouts and to set up a jog or bike ride together.

Achieve greater energy and optimal results with Soul Active's proven system. Developed by Adam Ezekiel, a highly experienced Fitness Trainer and Performance Coach with over 14 years of experience and a degree in Kinesiology (exercise science), as well as diplomas in sports nutrition and kickboxing. Additionally, Adam is a certified personal trainer by Wingate Institute.
